Command-line tool that packs selected files into a fixed language-model token budget, keeps required files whole, and writes a report giving the reason every section was kept or dropped. The same inputs always produce the same output. 57 tests.

Self-hosted CI server that runs YAML-defined pipeline steps as host processes or in Docker containers, with marked steps in parallel, and stores builds in SQLite behind a REST API and dashboard.

Analyzed 1,515 healthcare-tagged CVE records without dropping rows, exported nine JSON files to a static dashboard of charts and tables, and added tests that check the committed exports still match the raw data.
