They are here because the working is worth keeping visible, not because each one is a finished product.

I am building a small Transformer in PyTorch from scratch, one tested lesson at a time. The character-level version of it became the optional model in ContextPack.

Two contributions put that habit into practice: a VetLog review finding became a merged filtering fix, while the Codex investigation needed a second exit test before the missing-name report could be reproduced. The case studies keep the observations, limits and upstream links together.
